1. Introduction

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the iron888 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please stop using the platform immediately.

2. Member Eligibility

Iron888 services are open only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Age 21 years and above at the time of registration.
• Being a private individual, not a company or corporate entity.
• Not on any prohibition or restriction list issued by any relevant regulatory body.
• Registering voluntarily and not under coercion from any party.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion.

Iron888 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify member eligibility. Users found not meeting the requirements will have their account suspended immediately, and any reclaimable balance will be returned once the investigation is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the iron888 platform. Multiple account registrations — whether using the same name, email, phone number, or IP address — are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is complete, accurate, and up to date. iron888 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by a member.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of the identity verification process (Know Your Customer), iron888 may request documents such as a national ID, bank statement, or proof of address. This process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed and is in place to protect the security of all platform members.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. iron888 accepts a variety of Malaysian local payment methods including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other digital payment methods listed on the Deposit us.

• Minimum deposit limit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits will be credited to your account within 1–5 minutes upon confirmation.
• Iron888 does not charge any deposit processing fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed according to the following procedure once KYC verification is complete:

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 30 per request.
• Processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the original deposit method.
• If the bonus balance has not met the wagering requirement, withdrawal may be delayed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by iron888 are subject to specific wagering requirements. These requirements will be clearly stated in each respective promotional offer.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new members who have not previously claimed this offer.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in account closure.

6. Betting Rules

All betting at iron888 — including slot games, sports betting, table games, and live betting — must comply with the respective game rules set by the relevant game providers.

Game outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final and non-disputable unless there is clear and verifiable evidence of a technical failure. In the event of a technical disruption, iron888 reserves the right to void or suspend the affected round and return the wager to the member's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the iron888 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to manipulate games.
• Collusion between two or more accounts to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial purposes.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing support staff or other members.
• Deliberately exploiting platform technical errors without reporting them to us.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Iron888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Member request for self-closure or self-exclusion.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Orders from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be returned within 5 business days once the verification process is complete.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Iron888 is committed to protecting members' personal data in accordance with established data protection standards. Personal information collected is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.

10. Limitation of Liability

Iron888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes, service disruptions beyond our control, or unauthorised account access due to a member's own negligence.

Iron888's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a dispute regarding any aspect of iron888's services, we encourage you to contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving any issues within 72 hours from the date the complaint is received.

12. Amendment of Terms and Applicable Laws

Iron888 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members via their registered email or a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect — except for amendments required for urgent regulatory or security reasons.

Continued use of the platform after an amendment notice is considered acceptance of the revised terms. This Agreement is governed by applicable laws and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the relevant authority for resolution.
